Multiple people sharing a single account will be considered copyright infringement. This includes but is not limited to (a) using a single account to share/project workshop content to others and (b) sharing a username and password with multiple people. Acceptable uses of Workshop content may be made by the individual who has attended the Workshop: using it to process and practice the lessons using what was learned with students.
Unacceptable uses of Workshop content include: sharing Workshop content online (including websites and social media) purchasing a Workshop and displaying it for other parties to watch copying the Workshop videos using it, or any portion, or a derivative, to make your own Workshop or workbook, even with attribution.

But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
